Course Overview
This degree course will introduce you to the principles and practice of successful human resource management (HRM). The degree focuses on modules such as HRM in the Workplace will focus on analysing the application of HRM practices within contemporary organisations. Managing Equality and Diversity will explore and debate the concept of equality in the workplace against a backdrop of growing diversity within the labour force. This course will help you concur in this competitive time for businesses, and as organisations continue to grow and develop, getting the best out of a workforce is integral to success. Those with an understanding of how people can shape and influence an organisation are in a great position to help businesses succeed. You will have the chance to study core modules, such as Global Business Issues, People Management, Critical HRM and Employment Relations, and choose from a range of optional modules, including, Organisational Management and Business Ethics, to tailor your learning to your interests.

| The April intake International Year Zero (IYZ) 3-Term pathway does not follow the standard progression route. Students will study the International Year Zero (IYZ) from April to December, then progress to the International Year One (IY1) starting in January. Fees for the IY1 stage are not yet confirmed. These fees are expected to be in line with Oxford International pathway fees and will be confirmed closer to the start of the IY1 programme.
