Course Overview

This Accounting and Management degree provides a strong theoretical and practical foundation in accounting, enabling you to examine, interpret and use financial information to support effective business decision-making. You will study key areas including financial and management accounting, reporting, taxation, corporate strategy, organisational culture and stakeholder engagement, while developing skills in logic, analysis, statistics and financial management.
Teaching is delivered by experienced academics and former senior accountants, tax managers and business leaders, with learning informed by real-world practice and international research. You will gain hands-on experience using industry-standard tools such as Bloomberg terminals, Stocktrak portfolio simulation and accounting software, preparing you for careers in accounting, auditing, financial services, risk management or financial leadership roles across public, private and third sector organisations worldwide.
