You will learn about biomechanics, physiology, psychology, nutrition and training methods, and apply this knowledge in labs, field studies and real-life settings.

Throughout the programme, you will benefit from modern facilities, including performance labs, motion analysis systems, strength and conditioning suites, and equipment for testing. Many modules include hands-on experiments, data collection and analysis, allowing you to build real experience as you progress.

You will also have opportunities to work on placements, live projects or collaborations with sport and health organisations, enhancing your employability and professional network.
