Course Overview
Prepare for a career in adult nursing by developing the knowledge, clinical skills and professional values needed to deliver safe, person-centred care. You will learn to support individuals with a wide range of health needs while working collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams across diverse healthcare environments.
Throughout the course, you will develop practical and professional skills, including:
- Providing evidence-based care for adults with a range of physical and mental health needs
- Building a strong professional identity and leadership skills for modern nursing practice
- Learning alongside other health and social care professionals in collaborative environments
- Gaining extensive clinical experience through placements and hands-on practical learning
The course combines academic study with practical clinical experience to prepare you for a career as a registered adult nurse. It is approved by the Nursing and Midwifery Council (NMC), and graduates are eligible to apply for registration with the NMC.
