LLM International Corporate Law and Governance gives you specialist knowledge of the law regulating critical areas of the operation of modern corporations, such as:

– the relationship with shareholders
– corporate governance
– taxation

– finance

You will learn about the global challenges emerging for corporations in areas such as climate change, the requirements of sustainability, inclusivity, the change in business practices and workplace conditions caused by disruptive technologies, and the emerging legal requirements associated with addressing these challenges. The programme is suitable for law graduates with an interest in corporate law – one of the important areas of legal practice, and also for non-law graduates who seek corporate employment, employment in organisations with a focus on corporations, or the development of their own business.
