Course Overview
Studying Project Management at Winchester, you consider and develop practical approaches to project management, exploring and practicing traditional and contemporary approaches to the profession. Study core modules including Fundamentals of Project Management, Approaches to Project Management, Project Management Tools and Applications, Advanced Project and Programme Management, Principles of Responsible Management as well as Research Methods in Business. Then choose from the optional modules: Business Consulting, Leadership in Organizations, and Sustainable Innovation Management. You also complete a Capstone Project which provides an opportunity to complete either a Dissertation, or a Consultancy Project, or a Business Start Up.
