Course Overview

The MBA with Business Transformation is designed for professionals seeking to lead change, improve organisational performance and respond to rapidly evolving business environments. Combining strategic business management with specialist knowledge in transformation and innovation, the course develops the skills needed to navigate organisational change and deliver long-term business improvement.
