Course Overview

Explore how business management and psychology work together to shape organisations, leadership and decision-making. You will build a strong foundation in business while gaining insight into human behaviour and its influence on workplace performance, consumer behaviour and organisational success.

Throughout the course, you will develop practical and professional skills, including:

  • Understanding psychology, motivation and decision-making in business contexts
  • Building knowledge of strategy, marketing, finance and people management
  • Using AI and data-driven insights to support effective business decisions
  • Applying your learning through live projects, consultancy briefs, placements and study abroad opportunities

The course combines academic study with practical experience to prepare you for careers in business management and a wide range of people-focused professions.
