Course Overview
Study the principles of logistics and supply chain management while developing the strategic, technical and analytical skills needed to improve operational performance across global organisations. You will explore how digital technologies, data and modern management practices are transforming supply chains and logistics operations.
Throughout the course, you will develop practical and professional skills, including:
- Applying digital technologies and data analytics to optimise supply chain performance
- Understanding enterprise resource planning (ERP), lean six sigma and operations management
- Developing leadership, organisational behaviour and ethical decision-making skills
- Exploring contemporary approaches to logistics and supply chain innovation
The course combines academic study with industry-focused learning to prepare you for leadership roles in logistics, procurement and supply chain management. It is accredited by the Chartered Institute of Logistics and Transport (CILT UK) and the Chartered Institute of Procurement and Supply (CIPS), providing a pathway towards professional membership.
