Course Overview

Develop a strong understanding of international business and how organisations operate across global markets. You will explore cross-cultural leadership, international trade and market entry strategies while building the skills needed to succeed in a rapidly changing global business environment.

Throughout the course, you will develop practical and professional skills, including:

  • Understanding cross-cultural leadership and global supply networks
  • Exploring strategies for international market expansion
  • Gaining real-world experience through consultancy projects
  • Enhancing your global perspective through an optional semester or year abroad

The course combines academic study with practical international experience to prepare you for careers in global business and international management.
