Course Overview
Study the principles of project management while developing the strategic, analytical and practical skills needed to lead projects across a range of industries and international settings. You will explore contemporary project management practices while learning to manage teams, resources and organisational challenges effectively.
Throughout the course, you will develop practical and professional skills, including:
- Applying key project management theories and methodologies to real-world scenarios
- Understanding project management within an international and global business context.
- Working on authentic client projects and industry-based briefs
- Developing critical thinking, problem-solving and decision-making skills through the analysis of contemporary project management issues
The course combines academic study with practical, industry-focused learning to prepare you for careers in project management across a wide range of sectors. You will also explore topics including cross-cultural management, sustainability and ethical decision-making to develop a global perspective on managing successful projects.
