Course Overview

Explore the science of food and nutrition while developing the knowledge and practical skills needed to create safe, sustainable and nutritious food products. You will examine the entire food production process, from product development and food safety to consumer needs and nutrition, preparing you for a career in one of the UK’s largest manufacturing sectors.
