Course Overview

Explore the challenges and opportunities of managing organisations in an international business environment. You will develop advanced management, analytical and leadership skills while gaining a global perspective on strategy, entrepreneurship and cross-cultural business practices.

Throughout the course, you will develop practical and professional skills, including:

  • Understanding international strategy, cross-cultural management and global supply chains
  • Developing advanced research, analytical and strategic decision-making skills
  • Exploring global entrepreneurship through industry insights and alumni engagement
  • Applying management theory to real-world international business challenges

The course combines academic study with practical learning to prepare you for leadership roles in international business and management. Students can also choose a Work Experience pathway or specialise in International Business and Marketing or International Business and Human Resource Management. It is delivered by Sheffield Business School, whose business courses are accredited by the Association to Advance Collegiate Schools of Business (AACSB).
