Course Overview

Explore the principles of sport coaching while developing the practical skills needed to coach individuals and teams across a variety of sporting environments. You will combine coaching theory with hands-on experience, gaining the knowledge and confidence to support participation, performance and long-term athlete development.

It is endorsed by the Chartered Institute for the Management of Sport and Physical Activity (CIMSPA) against its Coach and Physical Literacy professional standards.
